Comments: The shabtis of this owner are not published yet. They have appeared on the antiquities market frequently. This is one of the best examples since it is intact and the faience is still showing its original green colour. The faience of these shabtis is often very delicate and breaks easily so that most pieces on the market are fragmentary. This piece also has a well detailed face.
The shabti dates to the 22th dynasty based on the position of the hands, the proportion of the body, the flat back and the light green colour.
