Further parallels: Art of the ancient world XV, page 55: , one fragmentary piece offered for sale by another US dealer, and another one was sold at Bonhams on 7 November 2002, lot 15 and SC/33. Also one sold at Londons Christies antiquities sale 2007, lot 32.

This shabti is very interesting due to the unusual position of the hands, the extremely rare way the wig is raised above the forehead and its bright blue colour. Unfortunately, the name does not appear on Daressy’s list of Cache 2 shabtis (although it might be an incorrect translated Pinedjem).
