Further provenance: Ex-Hugh Stanley Russel collection.
The shabtis for Djed-MaAt-Iw-es-Ankh belong to the taller pottery shabtis of the Cache.
He was burried during the pontificat of The High Priest Menkheperra.
It appears that he took the sarcophogus of a Tent-w-en-mether so we now little about Djed-MaAt-Iw-es-Ankh himself.
Parallels can be found in many musea and private collections, see for a overview in Aubert Cache 2 nr.50.
