The bulging eyes and the crude carving of the glyphs suggest a very late period or Ptolemaic dating. Strong facial expression.
The glyphs are discernable but difficult to translate. Front of the shabti reads Shd (the illuminated one). Back side seems to start with Asir, then P-TjA?.
No parallels are known to me.
