A parallel for this shabti is published in Schlögl/Brodbeck,
Ägyptische Totenfiguren aus öffentlichen und privaten Sammlungen der Schweiz page 318 mentioning a further parallel published in a dealer magazine in 1981.

Note that unlike the Schlogl/Brodbeck shabti, the inscription appears to start with the s-sign as if the writer first thought of writing Shd and then changed his mind into the other ephitet of Osiris, The Honourable (Imachy).
